Trains run relatively regularly and a timetable can be found at www.nationalrail.co.uk. Alternatively, faster and more regular trains run to Banbury (45 minutes away from Wren House by car) and leave from London Marylebone station.

It is possible to take the Heathrow Express to Paddington (20 minutes), pick up the train to Oxford (one hour), hire a car from there and drive to Wren House (35 minutes drive) – see Car Hire on this website under the Reservations tab.

It is not advisable to stay at Wren House without a car as taxis are expensive and buses, although available, are infrequent. Wren House is in a rural setting in a village, not in a town.
