based on double occupation

Honeysuckle Room
MINIMUM two night stay. Occasionally there may be gaps,
so please do ask. Premium £15 for one night stay.
BREAKFAST is included in the room price.
SINGLE OCCUPATION On request if available. Full double room price May,
June, July and August.
CHILDREN are welcome from 7 years. I will make sure
another guest knows this before booking.
SORRY, NO PETS – Please be aware that I have my own Labrador in the house.
Check In and Check Out Times
I look forward to meeting you from 4 p.m. but no earlier please unless by specific arrangement for opera or weddings. I would be grateful if you could let me know your approximate plan and ring me if you alter it significantly.
Check out each day during your stay is by 11 a.m. I will always be back to welcome you by 4 p.m.
Payment
25% of the whole stay as a part payment is payable to confirm your booking. Payment may be made by cash, cheque (payable to Kiloran McGrigor), or direct bank transfer. Some banks, depending on their relationship with mine (Barclays) may make a charge and Barclays charge me £6 for some international transactions. I no longer take debit or credit cards because of the extreme charges that these companies make.
Terms
Please forgive this necessary small business condition. The 25% part payment made to confirm your reservation is refundable up until 3 weeks (21 days) before your arrival date. If you cancel within 7 or more days prior to your date of arrival, no further charge will be made. If less notice is given – for whatever reason – the full amount of your stay is due as a contract exists between us on payment of the deposit to confirm the booking. You may wish to consider travel insurance for this reason.
