The Honeysuckle Room

The Honeysuckle Room is decorated in an attractive soft green and claret pink Nina Campbell honeysuckle design linen. It has a large, comfortable 6’ by 6’ 6” zip and link Sleepeezee bed.  This can be split, if desired, to provide two three foot divan beds.  Both sides of the bed have separately operable electric blankets.  There is a dressing table a hanging cupboard and a chest of drawers.  The room is provided with bottled water, a (non-ticking!) alarm clock, a radio, a hairdryer and soft, white towelling bathrobes.  There is a tray for tea and coffee in the morning and a jug of fresh milk is delivered outside the room about one hour before breakfast.

The Honeysuckle Room has its own bathroom next door which is exclusive to the room. White towelling bathrobes are provided. The view is over the garden – especially good from the bath!  It is sparkling blue and white and has the advantage of both a bath and a separate large shower with the choice of a handheld spray or a large overhead spray.  It has its own loo next door to the bathroom which makes this room particularly suitable for friends sharing a twin room.

This room is on the first floor of the house, one up from the ground floor.  The stairs are relatively steep as is classic in Cotswold houses but there is a stair rail the whole way up.
